the doctor said i have uti, and prescribed me ciprofloxacin.. once per day (4 days) but  i think cipro wasnt effective, resulted with bubbles in urine?

UTI: Cipro (ciprofloxacin) is fine, but certain bacteria that cause UTI are becoming resistant to cipro, (ciprofloxacin) in areas where there is a lot of resistence to cipro, (ciprofloxacin) it is best to choose a different antibiotic, the dosis is usually twice daily instead once daily given for complicated UTI for 7-14 days and for 3 days for uncomplicated uti.

does water dilute protein in urine? because i had a uti the time i started seeing bubbles in urine and 1+ on urine dipstick then next day was neg. the months later trace. now neg. is it the water i drink causing it to be neg. or is it my kidneys?

Urine protein.: Yes increasing water intake increases urine volume....output (pee) but not protein. Thus water intake diluted the protein in urine which may be enough to lower the concentration in the urine so low it will be negative with a dipstick. Best to test urine protein/ creatine ratio which corrects for dilution.

how common is vesicocolic fistula? i been having frequent urinating and some burning. i also have bubbles in urine. no other symptoms. can uti cause bubbles in urine? i havent uti in over few years. urinalysis showed infection at urgent care?

: A connection between the intestine and the bladder, most common wit diverticulitis can cause a fistula can produce bubbles in urine. In rare cases in Diabetics, fermentation in the bladder can cause it or emphysematous bladder or kidney infection. I would suggest you see a Urologist for proper diagnosis.

LLQ  / ammenorrhea: Would check HCG, may be pregnancy or ectopic associated with infection UTI or vaginal infection or PID ( infection in tubes)- if it were colon would have diarrhea or issue with  bowel movement  would  go to doctor or ER today.

Just not a good way: to tell if there is kidney disease. There might be more bubbles if there is protein in the urine, but the quality of the water in the toilet, other chemicals in the urine, strength of the stream, etc. OTher than bloody, you need the urinalysis to tell if urine is abnormal.

Normal: Bubbles in urine or foamy urine is generally a normal occurrence either from forceful rapid urination after holding it for a while or urine mixing with cleaning agents in the toilet. If it's happening every time he goes to the bathroom you can get a urinalysis next time you are at his doctor's office.

Pneumaturia?: Air in the urine, pneumaturia, is caused by an infectious process, instrumentation of the urinary tract, or an abnormal connection (fistula) between the urinary tract and a hollow organ.  Air bubbles in urine could simply be from turbulent flow of urine into the bowl too.  If air persists after the infection is treated, see a urologist.

I have no idea. : Probably nothing abnormal. May be some pre-ejaculate remaining in the urethra. If concerned, talk to your doc.
