Eye lid bubble: Hello, a lesion on your lid could be a stye, hordeoleum, chalazion, etc.  And true truly know what the lesion is, you need to have it evaluated by a dr.,  preferably an eye specialist (ophthalmologist).  Best wishes.

Meibomian Gland Dysf: Continue the warm compress.  Try lid massage.   Use a q-tip or a warm washcloth on the tips of your fingers to rub along the lash line on the top and bottom lid only twice per day.  Also, talk to your ophthalmologist about the following treatments:
 artificial lubricants (for frequent use, nonpreserved preferred)
    topical emollient lubricant or liposomal spray
    topical azithromycin.

woke up with one eyelid swollen and under both eyes has puffiness. under eye puffy is worse in the eye that the lid is swollen in ?

Possible stye: Styes are common and usually imply less than perfect eyelid hygiene.  Hot compresses are the single best treatment initially along with vigorous lid cleaning using warm water and terry washcloth.  Compresses should be as hot as tolerable and at least 3-4x/day.  If your eye is also red and draining you may have conjunctivitis; need a topical antibiotic drop.  See your Eye Doctor if not better 48hrs

: OTC eye drops won't relieve the exudate if you have blepharitis or early conjunctivitis. You can continue with the warm compress. Chalazion is less likely causing the exudate.

Yes: Given the timing of the symptoms, most likely it is a stye and not a chalazion.  Continue using wash compresses as much as possible.  It the pain or swelling worsens, then a topical or oral antibiotic may be required.

on the top in white area of left eye actually under eye lid).  the blood vessel has a wavy pattern.  not prominent or redder than the other blood vessels in eye.  had eye exam 6 mo ago. contact wearer. noticed getting eye lash from under top of eye.

Don't worry: There are a variety of patterns of the superficial blood vessels over the whites of the eyes.  Some are thin, some thick, some straight and some wavy.  You have probably observed a normal pattern for you and certainly if there was a problem the eye exam you had 6 months ago would have detected a problem.

bubbling or bulging of a clear film on my sclera when i move my eyes side to side. also, there's yellowish brown discoloration around iris that seems to be moveable as well under lower eyelid too?

Causes of chemosis: Bruce, It looks like you have some fluid that accumulated under the conjunctiva (the clear film covering your sclera) and this is called chemosis. It can be clear, pinkish or yellowish.  
Is it on both sides? 
How long has it been there and what were you doing when it started?
Is it painful? 
Have you tried using artificial tears?
There are many things that cause this, need more info.

? Allergies: Many issues can cause swelling of eyelids and below the eyes.  The most common cause is allergies.  Try artificial tears, cool compresses, and oral/topical antihistamines.  If no improvement, see an eye doctor.

Accepted Answer

Depends: May be due to fluid retention, aging/relaxation, loss of sleep may contribute but not usually cause. Loss elasticity allows morning swelling as fluids move from your lower arms/legs where accumulates during walking, daytime. Recommend try to watch salt intake, use cold packs when you wake, and sleep with head elevated 30 degrees. Laxity of skin with aging is common cause of the wrinkles.

i have swelling under eye in the bag area thought it was a stye but it's not on eyelid. this started yesterday and is painful to blink or touch. ?

Accepted Answer

Swelling of the skin: inside the lid can be from many causes, but most commonly allergies and infection. If it is an allergic reaction then OTC allergy drops and cool compresses should be effective. If infectious then your ophthalmologist can diagnose it and treat it appropriately.
