Leave it alone: A lump under the skin in the area of a bruise is not unusual.  Presumably, the lump is slowly dissolving blood from bleeding that occurred under the skin that did not break through the skin.  Your body will slowly absorb the blood and the lump will disappear.  This can take several weeks, sometimes a few months.  There is no treatment for this other than leaving it alone.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without taking additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see your doctor. Alternatively, you may watch and wait. If either lump gets bigger, more lumps develop, either lump bleeds, ulcerates, you get fever or lose weight, see a doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Damaged vein: Phlebitis from trauma likely. Warm compresses Aspirin helpful. Should resolve with bruise.

Ear cartilage pain : Have your doctor look at it.  It could be chondrodermatitis nodularis helicis which is related to degeneration and inflammation of the cartilage. Other possibilities include a cyst or other growth.

Tender lump: Lumps that become inflamed, red, hot, tender, etc need to be checked out by your doc. May be simple sebaceous cyst or lipoma or something more involved. Your doc can examine it & advise you on its nature & what options are available.

Likely trauma: This could have occured without you noticing it, especially on hip if you are busy and bump into something. It also could be spontaneous which is more concerning. Have your local doctor check this out when you have time.

Hard to be sure: A first thought would be a cavernous hemangioma, which is a blood vessel collection. It is deeper but similar in origin to a strawberry mark. However, these are usually grow &amp; become prominent by age 1. I would need to look at it &amp;  even then might want some tests. If it is midline over the spine it needs to be evaluated soon as that could be a problem.

if i had an iv done a week ago and i still have bruising and a lump should i be concerned ? the lump was firm to touch but i kept touching it and now its semi softer . worried if i did harm . blue hue to skin for 2 days and went away?

: It happens sometimes after IV. you did not do any harm. The hard lump will gradually get smaller and then disappear. You will be just fine.

? injury related: Sometimes what appears to be bruises/ lumps under the skin of the legs are actually varicose veins.  If it appears that you are bruising more easily than you feel you should then a more serious issue may need to be considered.  Please see your primary care physician to have them take a look.
