Red blotches: A physician or dermatologist would have to examine you in order to make a diagnosis. They could be a viral eruption like shingles or herpes simplex. Both of these, if present, are treatable with oral medications

Blotches on stomach: If small red dots could be  cherry hemagiomas a sign of iiver issues . Do the blotches come and go or stay? Could be due to  heat rash, histamine release from stress  ,though isolated to the stomach is unusual, mastocytosis, ( do antihistamines help?) rarely may be from carcinoid (any abdominal  symptoms?). or mycosis   fungoides Would follow up with  dermatology  measure 5-HIAA in urine.

White spots: These are called depigminted spots and are not usually cancerous.  If you are  concerned about these, you should consult a dermatologist.

Probably not cancer: Skin cancer is rare in someone 23 years old.  I wouldn't worry about it.

The symptoms of skin cancer are change in or development of a mole or skin nodule that is raised or flat, asymmetric, discolored, and that grows in size.

Your symptoms should go away on their own within a few days.

Hard to say: It is difficult to say without being able to see  you in person.  A musculoskeletal etiology could certainly be the cause as could any organs in the stomach.  In certain cases, a hernia can present with the pain you describe.

: Is the water hitting you with any force that could account for the redness and bruising? Is it possible to decrease the force at which the water is hitting you? If that is not an issue perhaps you should see a dermatologist to help diagnose the issue. Treatment will depend on diagnosis. Good luck!

Why?: Did you hit yourself? If any more appear, check with your doctor for blood tests. Medications like coumadin, (warfarin) plavix, and Prednisone make you more likely to have bruising.

Hernia?: If you see a bulge - it could be a hernia which needs to be surgically repaired. It could also be a trauma/internal bruising causing bruise and inflammation - you will need to have it looked at by a doc.
