yesterday i feel off a 10ft roof onto bum and was able to get up after and walk with some pain. today i woke up with a large black bruise on lower bum cheek extending to side of leg  with large hot bump . could i have sustained any serious injuries?

See a doc: Cannot tell if the bruise indicates muscle contusion or tear, or if these if an occult fracture. You need an exam to be sure. Good luck

ive had bilateral lumps in my armpits for 3-4 weeks. i think theyre lymph nodes. very painful to touch. constantly changing size, will get big and painful then shrink, only for the other side to become big (marble size) and tender. no other issue?

: Reactive lymph nodes can be tender but they are almost always get smaller and resolve by times. They won't get big, shrink then reappear. I wonder if you can see these lumps or you just feel them. If you can see them, you may have hidradenitis suppurativa.
You should see a doctor for a correct diagnosis; however, the manifestation is not consistent with a malignant disease.

does a knot under bruise get larger in the process of healing?

Yes it can: A bruise or hematoma in the process of healing can initially become slightly larger before it shrinks away. If there's is increasing pain ; redness at the site, have the injury examined quickly. See a doctor if you are concerned about your healing.

Worth a check-up: That is a lot of weight loss if unintentional.  Bruising can occur, but in the context of weight loss may be a red flag.  A few screening blood tests and physical exam are warranted.

Possibly: If you injured the toe and it's painful, evaluation by a physician could help to see if the toe is fractured and help guide treatment to ensure that the fracture heals appropriately.

Platelets, vasc, etc: Low or dysfunctional platelets, vascular damage or inflammation or coagulation problem.

Rib cage: Sounds like a muscle strain or pleuritis (inflammation of the  lung lining). Ibuprofen and heat pads may help.

recently every time i get a mosquito bite it swells and bruises larger than a quarter and lasts for more than a week. have i become allergic?

Yes: But this can usually be handle by topical steroid and antihistamine and does not require allergy shots. Allergy to mosquito venom is common but fatality is probably non-existent.

Injury: Any history of trauma?  Usually bruising is associated with some sort of trauma.  See your doctor and make sure your platelet count is okay.

taking clopidogrel.one bruise is like a mini chequer board  ie. bruises couple mm big with white inbetween, is it normal to get such bruises?

Plavix (clopidogrel): Depending on many factors, how your bruises may look. Typically on clopigrel easy bruising. If worried see your doctor.
