1 cm, perfectly circular bruise on top of foot. very small pinpoint at center. no swelling, redness, raising, etc. what was i bit by? cause for worry?

Varies: There are a number of  possibilities, among the more common and sometimes concerning can be a spider bite, particularly a brown recluse spider.  You should seek attention if the area becomes dark appearing or shows any sign of infection such as redness or swelling; or if the size of the area is increasing.

stubbed toe, (beside big toe)  few days ago, bruising, min. swelling but hurts when i move it, esp. right on top of foot, could i have fractured it?

Maybe : Only way to tell is with an X-ray.  If the toe is still straight, the only thing that is usually done is a splint to the adjacent toe. If the symptoms are bad enough, and/or the toe is deformed, best to have an X-ray. See an orthopedist next week to get this done. Otherwise, need to go to an ER. Hope this helps!

i broke my ankle 8. days ago now top of foot bruised n swelling n hurts to touch right by my toes could i have broken more n xrays missed it?

Yes-good question: You might have additional injuries or related condtions involving your foot or toes. The symptoms may also be simply related to swelling which  frequently occurs after a broken ankle. I would recommend you elevate your leg and follow-up as soon as possible with an Orthopaedic Surgeon to see if you need any further x-rays or evaluation

Yes, visit a doc....: Please see a foot specialist ASAP to make sure it is not broken, dislocated, tendon disruption, nerve damage, etc.

You never know...: Hopefully, you haven't damaged the ankle more than a minor sprain. If this is recent, 6 hrs., you might apply ice to the area and rest it. The bruising can take a couple of days, if at all. Swelling means that the injury is requiring stability and the body will supply the water cast, so to speak. If the pain does not start diminishing in a day or two, you might have it evaluated.

Soft tissue trauma.: An x-ray can be used to identify most fractures for sure. So, removing all doubt would necessitate having an x-ray. My take is that you have managed to traumatize either a nerve or tendon passing through the area. Unfortunately an x-ray won't show these problems. Ganglion cyst?: Sounds like this could be a ganglion cyst (fluid filled bump).  Does it move around?  Could be interfering with a nerve causing the "fuzzy" feeling in the toes.  Usually there is no bruising with a ganglion unless the cause was trauma.  This should be checked out by your physician.  You can never be too cautious about bumps or lumps.

Cyst of some type: Several things can cause it, there are deposits like lipomas, epidermal cysts, that are benign but can be painful.  A common problem in that area can be a ganglion cyst.  These are small benign growths that occur on tendons.  They are all easily sorted out on physical exam.  You should see a primary care doctor.

Needs Full Work-up: This could be simple osteoarthritis, especially if you had an injury. Or rheumatoid arthritis. Or a nonunion fracture. Or poor circulation. Even renal failure.
Please have a evaluation with x-rays and exam.

Foot turning black: Something must have happened for that black swelling to occur. 
Please have someone take you to the nearest Emergency facility. Things should work out OK.
