Need more info: If  all of your poops are thin and stringy, you need to get checked. If you had only one poop that  seemed to have something like a brown string but you are fine now, it is most likely something you ate.

 If this experience of a brown string keeps on happening, someone needs to make sure you don't have parasites or something blocking your poops so that they are thinner.

Some people are excellent at hiding it until the very end (and even there many people may not know about it), while with others, it is apparent up front. Changes in personality&amp;hygiene may occur, periods of overactivity with pressured speech (hypomania) and even psychosis may occur. Powder around nose, track marks, burns near mouth/nose.

Disc herniation: There are varying degrees of disc  herniation: bulge, protrusion, extrusion, and free fragment.  Disc extrusions and free fragments slowly dry up and dissolve on their own, however this takes time. Bulges and protrusions usually do not "heal" but can be helped with improved posture. Epidural steroid injections can reduce nerve swelling caused by the disc irritation, but not to shrink the disc.

Exam: Best to get a complete urine analysis done along with labs and talk to your MD. Urine color is often variable and not always a marker of disease but a urine test is easy.

Couple things: Bleeding from cervix do to infection,  irregular bleeding do to pill or irregular ovulation, maybe pregnancy, maybe a uterine polyp.  You could take a pregnancy test and make appt to see ur doc, if not on pill may benefit, good luck.

Yes, sometimes: In preteen adolescents inappropriate food avoidance, poor self-esteem regarding body image, and excessive preoccupation with appearance are all concerning.  This should not be applied to younger children - for example a toddler skipping meals or avoiding their green beans is probably normal!
