Hyperpigmentation: Many women will experience darkening of the skin, usually around the nipples, abdomen, forehead, upper lip and cheeks. It is from the increased hormones with pregnancy; some women will even develop these symptoms from birth control pills. It usually goes away eventually. Use sunscreen in the meantime to avoid further darkening.

Get checked: Mainly to diagnose, treat, and then feel better; you should have this evaluated. I would suspect this is tinea versicolor, but this is impossible to know without close visualization of the rash and without asking key background questions. Good luck!

Breast pigment: Flat "brown spots" on the skin of the breast may just be accentuated pigmented areas due to more sunlight exposure, or they are darker and more easily noticed secondary to generally increasing pigmentation secondary to hormones produced in the pre-menopausal time.  If changes occur rapidly, see a dermatologist to be certain.

Possible yeast: That could be a yeast infection in the skin.  There are over the counter topical medications that you can use - if that does not clear up the spots, then see your doctor.

Skin rashes: Skin rashes are notoriously difficult to diagnose without seeing....preferably in person.  This does not sound worrisome, but you should see your doctor on a routine basis and ask.

Celluliltis of arm: Because of the fever go to your physician for evaluation and treatment  
You will likely require antibiotic therapy
If fever is above 101F best go to ER for immediate evaluation
Staph aureus, Group A streptococcus are common skin invading infecting organisms

It's best: to just have them looked at in person.  While chances are they don't represent anything bad, as long as they're not open sores, painful, or itchy.  However, without being able to see them, it's impossible to tell.

Probably keratosis : This sounds as if these are seborrheic keratosis that can either be frozen or scraped off. Some docs may also use lasers for this.

Breast: Are they on outer breasts or in the areolar area just around nipple? Either way, probably just increased pigmentation. See your doc to make sure.
