Things like this need to be diagnosed by someone knowledgeable actually looking at the spots, sometimes doing a biopsy. Anything less is just a guess, and your health is worth more than just a guess... see a dermatologist before Halloween!

Skin discoloration: They could be hypopigmented areas, which means a lack of melanin or possibly a fungal infection.  Neither are serious conditions.  You may want to try an antifungal cream like clotrimazole twice daily for a week.  If no resolutions, get an evaluation.  Be sure to wear sunblock SPF 30 or greater when outdoors.  Avoid sunbathing and reapply sunblock frequently.

im 21 years old. i got brown spots on my left right thigh and now the spots have spreaded all ver my back and still spreading on my shoulders. since the spots are on my entire back my back is itchy maybe its tinea versicolor? help me out?

: The skin lesions produced by tinea versicolor are often found over the upper portions of the trunk, rarely over the lower extremity. And the majority of affected patients feels no or slight itching.  See your PCP.

Multiple: Brown spots on the skin of the leg can develop from several sources.  The most common is a sun spot which originates from sun exposure. These are also called lentigos. You could also have a newly developed nevus or mole which can develop throughout your life and not be abnormal. Pre-cancers and cancers can appear as brown spots, as well, and should be evaluated by a skin doctor.

Hard to say : Without seeing them, but sound like benign spots called keratosis thst are a result of sun exposure and come out as you get older.

Veins: I suspect that your pregnancy resulted in some degree of vein damage in your legs. Brownish pigmentation of the lower legs and ankle edema are probably caused by venous insufficiency. Wearing elastic stockings, elevating your legs when sitting and following a low salt diet should be helpful. A vascular surgeon could evaluate your vein status of your legs and advise you.

Skin stains: Iron stains on the skin can be removed with lemon juice and salt rubbed over the area. Then wash the skin with detergent. Repeat this a few times until the stain is gone.
