See a dermatologist: For any mole which is growing, changing colors, or starts bleeding you should have a dermatologist evaluate it.  Any moles on the sun-exposed parts of your body, especially the face, need to be monitored for skin cancer. Your nose mole may be benign but should be seen by a doctor.

Brown spot on nose: Is color same thruout or mixed colors? R edges well defined or irregulat? How large is it? Is it elevated? Does it bleed? Does it have tiny blood vessels running thru it? May just be freckle or mole but should be checked to r/o serious skin lesions like melanoma. Protect self from sun: sunscreen (spf > 30) applied 15 min before sun exposure; reapply as needed; broad-brimmed hat; long sleeves/pants.

See your doc: It is nearly impossible to evaluate skin problems without being seen by a doc. The lesion must be seen and felt to be properly diagnosed. History is also an important element in skin problems. You need to see your doc for this one.

Probably not: You are 27 years old and it is unlikely that you have cancer of the nose or the skin. You should, however, have this looked at by a health care professional.

Maybe: The brown in your sputum may be blood or, could be from infection. If it is blood, it may be from your nose bleed or it could be due to coughing very hard.if it persists or increases, you should see a physician.

Possible mole: although possibly a mole which can develop anywhere and anytime. If new, even without pain, should be looked at by physician. Verbal descriptions are not as likely to allow accurate diagnosis compared to direct visualization

Nevus?: sounds llike a brown nevus, or what people call a "birthmark".  It sounds like it is flat, small and does not have discoloration or different colors or dark colors in it.  These are all good characteristics and you should not worry about this lesion too much. However if it grows over time, if color changes, if it becomes raised, then consult physician.

A couple things: These can be a type of mole called melanotic macules or early skin growths of seborrheic keratoses.  These are completely benign &amp; tend to happen more in some people versus others.  There is a small possibility that these could be early flat warts.   Seborrheic keratoses &amp; warts would become more raised over time.  I would recommend an evaluation by a dermatologist to make sure they aren't warts.
