Rash: There are many possibilities.  The most likely is a fungal rash.  Try OTC lotrimin (clotrimazole) twice a day for  a week on the rash.  If it does not improve or resolve, then have your rash looked at by your doctor or a dermatologist.

Where's the bite: Brown recluse bites generally cause tissue death where the bite is. There is normally not a rash on other parts of the body. You may have a red area extending out from around the bite.

Get seen: It may sound weird but a rash on your palms and soles that looks like freckles can be a sign of secondary syphilis. You should get seen by your doctor.

Possibly temporary: Post-inflammatory pigmentation (browning of an area that has been inflamed) tends to decrease slowly, sometimes taking several months for skin to look its previous color.  In some cases, there is permanent color change.  Chances are reduced by actions to prevent further inflammation, such as avoiding direct contact with irritants (eg cleaning fluids), treating eczema, seeing doc for skin problems.

i have a round misshaped red spot on my right hand, it is red/brown color that appeared all of a sudden. no rash anywhere else. what could it be?

Unclear : Without seeing the lesion it is hard to know. With any new rash it's important to review if you've taken any new medications or been exposed to new detergents or soaps that can be irritating. If it persists it is worth seeing your doctor to have it evaluated.

Rash on hand: Could be eczema, dermatitis,  psoriasis, fungal. Could try one layer of OTC steroid cream and one layer OTC antifungal like clotrimazole  f/u with doc /urgent care.

rash on hand from knuckles on hand all the way to end of knuckles.  burns in hot water.  looks like little brown scabs also. what can it be?

See derm: See dermatologist for treatment. This is probably hand eczema but it could be something else.

Itchy rash that: is peeling should be worked up for psoriasis or else simply eczema (allergic dermatitis). Derms  would like to biopsy. Family docs would take a lot of history and offer a steroid cream to help in resolution

Eczema and dryness: Friction, dryness and irritation from frequent handwashing and soap chemicals explain your symptom. Topical steroids, use of emolients, hand gloves and reduction in ocd handwashing will help reduce symptoms.

i just noticed circular rashes on back of hands, is there anything i can put on it?

This : would require   more history, visualization of lesions at  minimum to try to diagnosis it properly. Without knowing what it is - it would be hard to recommend a treatment. Take care.
