Rash: A rash is best diagnosed and treated when it is visualized by a doctor, who can then make an appropriate recommendation. If the itch is driving you crazy, try topical Hydrocortisone cream, an oral antihistamine to calm down itch, and cool showers or baths until you can see the doctor as soon as possible.

See your doctor: It looks like you have 2 problems, stomach pain and skin rashes. You might have acid reflux / gastritis or peptic ulcer diseases. You can try otc antacid or acid reduction meds like zantac (ranitidine) in the meantime but you need to be seen and evaluated to have it treated correctly. Also it's almost impossible to know what your skin rashes might be if we don't see it. Your local doctor can help.

It is important to : Seperate these phenomen.  The period is not related to rash onset.  The papules could be a few things but if itching like crazy, at night, u may have a skin mite, bed bugs or something requiring permetharin cream.  The zit is likely coincidental and, if your periods are bad then itching all over and having a zit will put u into disaster mode.  Try Benadryl (diphenhydramine) and Hydrocortisone cream, get into doc.

Rashes: Most allergic rashes are itchy however, not all itchy rashes are allergic. A good example is scabies that is cause by an arthroppod (insect) that tunnels beneath the skin. Ask your primary care provider to evaluate the rash first, seek a dermatologists opinion if the pcp can not determine the cause.

See dermatologist: If this happens when you are in the countryside , you are likely allergic to something outdoors or even to the sun. 
I would suggest that you consult a dermatologist to find out the cause. Certainly poison oak/poison ivy is a factor to be considered especially since its resin on contaminated articles may remain potent for months.

i have an itchy rash on my chest, it keeps spreading to shoulders and breast. i usually use fluticasone propionate 0.005% ointment for rashes but it doesn't help in this case. also, i moved from eu to the us a year ago. please help.

Need to be seen: start with your doctor, who may refer you to a dermatologist, it could very well be a fungal infection. Kindly don't use a strong steroid, prescription strength, medication as fluticasone  ointment  without doctor's supervision, best wishes

Depends: It is difficult to guess what it may be given so little information.  If the rash is confined to a small area, topical hydrocortisone may help.  The most important step is finding the cause for the rash and thus you may consider consulting an allergist or dermatologist.
