YEs: Either it is the start of implantation or the beginning of a period. You will know over the next 3-4 days. But it is very normal.

HPV &amp; CIN I: Once the LEEP procedure is done there will be a tissue diagnosis to determine if all of the abnormal cells were removed or not. At this earliest stage many CIN I's can spontaneously go away. However, do follow your MD's advice as HPV can cause cervical cancer.

had uti which has been cleared with treatment from gp. i am still getting pain around viginal area and a brown discharge. pain is on and off discharge in the morning only. all test blood test and ultra sound was clear.

More than a UTI: Probably you had more than a UTI, which doesn't cause genital pain (except pain when urinating) and doesn't cauwse vaginal discharge. There are many possible causes of vaginal discharge -- brown color may indicate an infection or old blood. Keep working with your GP; if no clear answers, see a gynecologist. Good luck.

May have BV: Vaginal odor is typically for bacterial vaginosis, overgrowth of abnormal bacteria in your vagina. This may occur randomly even if you are with the same partner. Brown discharge is from the Nexplanon, which causes irregular bleeding and spotting especially in the first few/several months after insertion. However, if STI is a concern, then please do get checked out, if negative, treat BV.

Infection is tops : On my list of possibilities.  Unprotected sex makes you vulnerable to a long list of infectious agents.  And are you trying to get pregnant?  You need a gynecological exam for possible infection and then possibly a discussion of birth control.

When you say : "swab test" do you mean Pap? Do you know what type of hysterectomy you got? Was it "supracervical" ie was the cervix spared? Still have ovaries? If you still have a cervix &amp; ovaries, you may also have a teeny bit of uterus capable of making an endometrium. Vaginal fissures or cervical changes deeper than the swab can reach are also possible. Consider transvaginal ultrasound for further info.

You might have: a bacterial vaginosis. Would see your  doctor for eval.
