May have BV: Vaginal odor is typically for bacterial vaginosis, overgrowth of abnormal bacteria in your vagina. This may occur randomly even if you are with the same partner. Brown discharge is from the Nexplanon, which causes irregular bleeding and spotting especially in the first few/several months after insertion. However, if STI is a concern, then please do get checked out, if negative, treat BV.
