Lots of things: First of all bleeding is very common. It is even more common after treatment and more common with twins. Could be from your hormones, could be from some fluid in the uterus around the pregnancy, may be that one pregnancy did not develop well. Only time will tell. but the bleeding itself is not dangerous

Not necessarily.: An abnormal discharge can be due to an infection or spotting between cycles, among other causes.  If your period is late, check a pregnancy test.  If negative or if you have had unprotected sex with someone whom you don't know for sure is disease free (and with whom you have been in a long-term monogamous relationship), get checked for an infection.

Need to see doctor: First, you need to do a pregnancy test to see if you are actually pregnant.  Bleeding in pregnancy is never normal but does not necessarily mean anything bad.  It could be normal implantation, a miscarriage or a pregnancy outside your uterus in your tube (an ectopic pregnancy).  If your test is positive, you should see a physician as soon as possible for an ultrasound
