Ask her about it!: I'm not sure what kind of vacuum aspiration you are referring to.  An abortion?  An endometrial biopsy?  A D&amp;C?  Something else?  I would suggest asking her about it when your relationship has progressed to the point that this would be an appropriate question. Contact your surgeon: You need to contact your surgeon and find out why you are still bleeding. Moreover, you should have received written instructions from the surgeon after the procedure outlining what is normal or not.

Quick recovery: It is not clear what you mean by "sick." Most patients have a quick recovery after a termination of pregnancy. If you are experiencing abdominal pain, fever, abnormal discharge or other concerning symptoms then a follow up visit to your surgeon is warranted

Period or 3 months..: There is some debate about this.  You need to wait at least until after your first normal period.  Some studies have shown that getting pregnant again prior to 3 months will slightly increase your risk of another miscarriage.   If you want to avoid this increase in risk, you should wait 3 months. Then see a doctor for your vaginal discharge

Irregular periods : Irregular periods are one of the most common problems obgyns treat. If this is one time problem it usually resolves on its own. If this is a recurring problem you should be evaluated. Infections &  hormonal changes can cause spotting. If there is a concern for pregnancy then do  a home pregnancy test .  There are many options available to help regulate the menstrual cycle. Schedule a visit.

Ok to vary: It is normal for a woman's periods to sometimes be different - to be earlier or later by a few days or to last a little longer or shorter than usual. In most cases this is nothing to worry about.

See below: Pregnancy is always a possibility.  Obtain a home pregnancy test.  They become positive at about the time you're ready to start your next expected period.  If i's negative, repeat in a week and call your doctor.
