: Your dermatologist is the best person to address your skin color concerns.  It is not clear whether you are looking at blackheads, moles, or increased coloration after an inflamed pimple.  Some resolve quickly, others may take a relatively long time to normalize.

: The first thing you want to do is make sure that your allergy condition is managed well. Antihistamines may help prevent allergy induced dark circles under your eyes and around your nose, as well as the urge to rub them.  Once your allergies are well controlled, allow 6 months for the  darkened areas to heal. If the dark areas persist, use a commercial skin lightener to even your tone.

Manage it: Start with topical benzoyl peroxide as tolerable. You will probably also need a few months on oral tetracycline. Your physician is your guide. Acne is basically unrelated to diet, fun activities, or hygiene. Ignore all popular advice.
