nurse said my lungs spasmed when the tube was taken out after surgery im a 26 yo male with no lung issues.. nothing noted on surgery report was this likely a bronchospasm? isnt that rare for a healthy person? am i at risk for future surgeries?

: Bronchospasm is a protective mechanism of the lung, meant to prevent noxious gasses or other materials or aerosols from progressing to the sensitive alveoli of the lungs. I can trigger bronchospasm in almost anyone by exposing them to chlorine gas. I wouldn't consider the comment of the nurse worth worrying about.

Exercise induced means just that, that the trigger for the bronchospasm is the exercise. All asthma events have bronchospasm, triggered by different events; allergens, respiratory infections, anthing that irritates.

See doctor or ER..,,: The nightsweats you describe need to be evaluated by your doctor, especially with respiratory symptoms, like productive cough (especially if blood present), fever, shortness of breath, chest pain, etc. Possibilities include various infections, like tb, pneumonia, bronchitis. Your doctor will probably want a chest x-ray as well as your physical exam and labwork. Go to er if worsening symptoms.

Stress instead?: Being at the pediatrician with a hyper kid can be very stressful.  Bronchospasm can be caused by many things including temperature changes, drafts, stress even laughter.  More than likely the muscle strain is separate from the bronchospasm.
