: His motor development is definitely slow but not rare. He can crawl then his extremity movement is considered normal. Arm weakness: This sometimes is more of an apparent than real weakness seen in partial awakeness and partial asleep states and may not be anything to worry about if there are no after effects or further symptoms. ive had one small red dot appear on arms sometimes and usually some on my waste not sure if its petechie but or could that be something different? had this coming and going for few years?
