Nickel allergy?: If you have a history of contact allergy to nickel which often causes a rash where jewelry touches your skin, you may have a similar kind of reaction to metal containing implants such as the screws and plates used for internal fixation of fractures.  A patch test for nickel and/ or cobalt allergy can be done to help confirm this possibility.

Ok-see ortho: You need to get the rash assessed and you also need to keep following up post-operatively with the Ortho, as you may need continuing rehab/physical therapy to get more range of motion.

Show it to a dermato: A skin specialist(dermatologist) is the best physician to show your mole to. He/she can tell if it is benign or requires a biopsy to make sure that it is not a melanoma. Any changing mole can be a melanoma. So do not delay a consultation with the right type of doctor.

why come when i have a full bladder i get a werid deep itchy feeling that burns if scratch it over my pubic bone? could hernia produce these syntopms

No: No the itchy feeling caused by the skin and pubic hai in the area that might been aggravated by stretching of the skin that was caused by a full bladder. If you do not shave ,shave that area first and the apply first hydrocortisone cream and after few days alternating it with skin lotion. Not better see your doctor

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without examining you. However, from what you described, you may watch and wait. If any of the dots more than doubles in size, ulcerates, bleeds or lymph glands in your armpit become large, or you get fever, see a doctor.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex. 
Get HPV vaccine, if you are under 27 years of age.

Knees: that are moving inward need to be evaluated by your doc.  He/she can check out your itching also.  Sometimes is it low B 12.  If so, use sublingual B 12, melts under the tongue and delivers much more than swallowing B 12 pills.  Adapt your exercise to whatever you can do at the moment, e.g., upper body. Melasma or darkening of the skin may occur during pregnancy. Severe pain can be due to musculoskeletal conditions or internal problems. Itchiness dry skin, infections, reactions. Plant juice, maybe: There are several things that could cause such a rash, especially if the rash is only on one side, not both sides. Shingles is a possibility. I'd expect clusters of small blisters to develop in that case. A contact rash from a plant or chemical, either alone or combined with sun exposure could cause this. Even bacterial infections, like impetigo or fungal infections, like ringworm, are possible.
