Varies: We in medicine frequently see non-union fractures, or fractures that just never heal.  It depends on the type of fracture, your unique medical challenges, age, and usage.  Most fractures have formed a good bone callus in 6-8 weeks.  Healing then proceeds over the next 4-6 months with bone remodeling, in most typical limb fractures.

Pregnancy is #1 reason.

Missed/late period: low body wt, obesity, weight ^ or v,  ^exercise, endurance athletics, breast-feeding, stress, illness, eating disorders (bulimia or anorexia), anovulatory cycle (no egg released), travel, perimenopause, just starting menstruation, hormone irregularities, drug use, meds (i.e., birth control) or medical problems. #1 reason is pregnancy.

Maybe: Heavy exercise can cause a late period.  How long it can be delayed varies from a few days to months.  I recommend decreasing the activity, make sure you have increase your body fat.  If there is no period after a month you should see your pcp because it can be from other reasons such as thyroid, prolactin, etc.

Many causes inc PCOS: Pregnancy or early miscarriage! a one-off late period can be caused by stress or ovarian cysts. Long or irregular cycles can be due to polycystic ovarian sydrome (pcos), also thyroid problems, excess prolactin hormone, aging of the ovary (diminished ovarian reserve), or low hormone levels (hypogonadism) from heavy exercise, eating disorders, or stress. Some medications can affect your cycles.

If you  haven't been: Sexually active don't sweat it. The #1 reason for a late period is pregnancy. But it can be caused by use of oral contraceptives, illness, travel, stress, heavy exercising, rapid weight gain, rapid weight loss,  obesity, endurance athletics, anovulatory cycle etc. If you miss 3 or more periods, please see your gynecologist.

Unlikely: Cervicitis is inflammation of the cervix, that can cause spotting and an ususual discharge.  It is unlikely to change when your period starts or stops.  The timing of your period is more related to your hormones.
