what is the best examination to find smaller blood clots throughout the body and injuries to your blood vessels? what's the most detailed test?

Accepted Answer

No one test: D-dimer test is a good indicator of clots, large or small, but it is more useful to exclude clots , rather than diagnose those. Tests for vasculitis include ANCA, CRP, ESR and complement.
Wish you good health! - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex, if you have sex.

Some areas do: There are many physical changes in your body that occur during sexual arousal, during intercourse, at climax, and afterwards.  In men, increased blood flow to the penis causes erections, and in women similar changes cause changes in vaginal walls and lubrication.  During sex, heart rate and blood pressure increases causing changes in blood flow.  After orgasm, changes slowly reverse. All normal!

Normal variant: This is usually normal based on your genetic makeup.

Circulation: Blood releases o2 to the tissues and becomes poor in oxygen to travel up to the lungs to capture it in the vessels there. Then it returns to the heart that pumps oxygenated blood to the tissues to be released there and return to the lungs again to get oxygenated.

Make sure: That your nephrotic syndrome hasn't worsened.  You're on the young side for nephrotic syndrome.  Visit with your neurologist if this worsens or persists.

: Might be benign petechiae  (little red blood dots under the skin) of no consequence with normal blood count as  reported.  If still concerned a visit with the Hematologist and /or Dermatology Consult should help resolve issues
