Depends: It depends on the etiology, historical aspects, etc.  Classically, Broca Area typically is associated with verbal expression without loss of understanding.  Interestingly, there are studies noting those individuals who are multilingual can have preservation of one language with loss of another when Broca Area is affected with causes like stroke.

Aphasias: Aphasia is a problem with language (with speech sounds being normal).  Wernicke and broca's areas are regions of the brain where damage results in aphasia.  Wernicke's aphasia, described as 'word salad', many words not making sense, while broca's aphasia is described as 'telegraphic',  few words only.  Aphasia can be 'expressive' for language output, or receptive.  Google the names for brain maps.

Trouble speaking: Broca's aphasia refers to an aphasia that usually occurs when a specific area of the brain suffers an injury, for example from a stroke or head injury.  The left inferior frontal lobe is usually the area of concern. Patients have difficulty with speaking. They have full comprehension and know what they want to say, but cannot get the words out. It is a motor deficit and leads to the loss of speech.

Injections.: Nerve, spinal nerve roots, and medial branch blocks (for facet joints) are injections done using a local anesthetic to determine if a specific nerve, specific spinal nerve root, or facet nerve is the source of pain. Blocks also can be used to reduce inflammation and pain when used with a steroid.
