Discharge: Discharge is not normal ever and back pain and discharge could be kidney related. See your doctor immediately hold off on Ibuprofen as that is broken down in your kidneys which may be compromised.

Depends: Pain in the back on the side or "flank" pain can be due to kidney stones.  Yellow urine?  Do you mean dark urine?  Small amounts of blood in the urine will tinge it dark.  Kidney stones and kidney infections can be very painful.  It is worth getting evaluated and seeing if there is an easy fix to your condition.  It could also just be muscle strain in your back.

Refer to the answer: I do not believe there is a direct relationship between color and back pain. Color of urine is related to color of food, fruit and vegetable mostly you use. If there is problem with kidney and liver function, it may affect the color of urine. Any mechanical or obstruction in kidney  and liver may cause low back pain. If problem persists, please refer to your doctor.

Some possibilities..: If one has very uncomfortable tummy pain, and is normally in good health, plus is not pregnant, the possibilities include: appendicitis (usually R lower quadrant), diverticulitis, kidney stone (very painful), constipation (crampy), stomach flu, etc... Most people with "moderate pain," more than mild pain, may need a doctor's evaluation to be sure it's not appendicitis, which would need surgery.

Musculoskeletal: The most common cause of back pain is muscle strain. This type of pain is made worse by movement of the back in different directions and is relieved with rest and OTC analgesics. Kidney infection is much less common and patients usually will have fever, back pain, feel ill and may or may not also have symptoms of bladder infection.

Radiating leg pain: When a nerve is "pinched" in the lower back, the pain would radiate along that nerve's path, most of the times to the toes. This can happen if a disc is damaged in the lower spine. Dark urine is not related to these symptoms but a sign of dehydration. Drink more water for sure. Avoid prolonged sitting, bending, heavy lifting etc to give the disc a chance to heal.

New med: If starting new me like a statin , you may experience muscle pain and breakdown (rhabdomyolysis).  Discontinue medicine and see primary Doctor.  Liver disorders can cause dark urine though described as orange usually.  Any recent muscle injury my cause rhabdomyolysis though usually has to be significant.

Review al medications with Doctor.  Remain well hydrated
