You're too young @26: You're too young @ 26y to be taking 2 major sedatives like Ativan and MS-Contin. What were they prescribed for? What symptoms are you having? Both Ativan &amp; MS-Contin can impair breathing (as you recognized), increase sleepiness, &amp; cause problems operating a vehicle. Are you sure you know how the combination will affect you? Get checked up.: Usually start by walking and go up from there.  If your exercise tolerance is below your expectations, check with your doctor to perform a workup for heart, lung, depending on your symptoms. Exercise-induced asthma may be a hidden cause that causes shortness of breath while running for example.

Klonopin (clonazepam): is an anti-anxiety agent THUS if your shortness of breath is due to anxiety it should help. PVC increase with exercise is a bit worrisome since the reverse is usually true. Check with your Cardiologist (I assume with CAD you have one)

COVID 19 : Difficulty breathing needs more details to answer the question. Problems breathing worsening by activities should be seen by a doctor in person. COVID  19 does not cause much nasal congestion or mucus usually. COVID classically causes fever, dry cough, fatigue, and shortness of breath. I have COVID  pts with no fever,  with no shortness of breath with the absence of smell and taste.

How soon?: If you have breathing problem less than 10 minutes after starting running, consider seeing an ENT to find out if you may have what is called vocal cord dysfunction. This condition is more likely if your problem is not getting enough air when breathing in.
