UES: The upper esophageal sphincter keeps the opening to the esophagus which leads to the stomach closed except when eating and swallowing food. This minimizes the amount of air getting into the stomach.

Ambient temperature: The air is quite cold and until winter passes i would expect you to feel a sensation of breathing cold air. Stomach burning usually represents overproduction of stomach acid or normal production of stomach acid with excess backwash into your esophagus which is not uncommon.

Gastric Pain: Please listen to your body. Slow down your eating. Chew food thoroughly and slowly. Put your fork or spoon down between bites. Talk to someone you are eating with so that you also eat less and eat slower.

Sleep problems: Check with your dentist and / or physician.  Two possibilities are nighttime bruxism (teeth grinding or clenching) and sleep apnea.  You also might check with an ENT specialist for obstructed breathing pathways.

Get a medical check: With your symptoms being so vague, it is hard to tell if you have any medical problem or not. If you want to be sure, then you should go see your doctor who can examine you and make sure you are ok. Without a doctor's visit you will be guessing and i will also be guessing, which is no good!

Too vague: You have to be more specific as to what your problem is. Your abdomen is just below your diaphragm which separates the chest containing your heart and lungs from the underlying abdominal cavity.
