Breathing - no.: Norovirus is spread through vomit and feces.  And may be spread for a few weeks after the illness.  There is no precise definition of close contact, but if you have potential to contact said secretions you are close enough.

i just had the stomach virus & am expiriencing really bad chest pains - it's whenever i only breathe too. it's just a lot of pressure it feels like against my chest. it's not serious, is it? how long should this last?

Maybe: It's unusual to have chest discomfort after a stomach bug. If there were violent vomiting, that might cause a tear in the esophagus, which could cause chest pain and can be quite serious. A same day medical exam is warranted.

a few days ago i experienced the worst stomach flu of my life. the pain in my back and chest is unbearable. it hurts to breath and talk. what do i do?

Pleuresy or: Pleuritis. That is inflammation of the linings of the lungs. When get inflamed rubbing to each other during breathing cause pain. Take otc Ibuprofen and follow the instruction on the label. If pain is severe you need prescription strength pain medication. Having said that to be on the safe side i still advise you to see your family doctor to get your chest listened and may be a chest x-ray.

Needs to be checked: It is difficult to say what it could be,But any shortness of breath and chest tightness needs to be evaluated.I suggest go to the ER and get checked.They will take a detailed history and exam and if indicated a chest xray to diagnose and treat your condition

It is spread through contact with the virus. You need to wash your hands with soap and water to avoid contacting the virus.

For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Drink enough water daily, so that your urine is mostly colorless. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. 
Practice safe sex. 
Get HPV vaccine.
