CBT: There isn't a way to tell you the "most likely diagnosis" without an assessment. It sounds like you have some pretty wide ranging health fears. I would encourage you to consider cognitive behavioral therapy to address this.

what to do for a kidney infection if breastfeeding?

Call your Ob: If you are still breast feeding and think you have a bladder infection, call the obstetrician. Certain antibiotics can't be used while you are breast feeding. Additionally, drink lots of water.

i have severe pain in right side kidney. can't even turn sides at night. breastfeeding and taking synthroid (thyroxine) and cytomil.

Flank pain: Consider UTI and kidney stone.  A urinalysis will help.

i have kidney stones and noticed blood when i use the restroom. not sure if i started my menstrual cycle im breastfeeding and havent gotten my cycle. ?

Unknown: Both a kidney stone and menses could cause bleeding that is noticeable when urinating.  Normally, neither should produce quantities of blood that are in any way dangerous.  If bleeding continues after stone passes or period stops, then a visit to the doctor is warranted.

i get really  dizzy and fatigued after i breast feed and my ribs start to hurt where my kidneys are.. i eat healthy and she's 9 weeks  ..advice please?

Don't quit: Breast feeding is the best nutrition for your baby. So don't quit. Look like you need to drink more liquid. Adjust the position while breast feeding. You need some rest too. you can follow the breast feeding tips of many doctors on Healthtap.

Ibuprofen is safe: Ibuprofen is safe in lactation. The maximum doe without physician supervision is 1800 mg/24 hr. With physician supervision it is 2400 mg/24 hr.

Consult doctor: You may consult your doctor for cramps and lower back pain , get investigated  for any urinary infection or any other problem relating to PCOS .As you are breastfeeding and on mini pills , chance of pregnancy is unlikely .
