More details needed.: Whetherthese  started spontaneously or after itchy and dry skin, how old are you, single or multiple ulcers , is there any discharge from nipple in addn. To ulcers, size of ulcers, is after hypersensitivity to clothing/cosmetic/deterrgent changes, bleed easily?, superficial/ deep ulcers, close to nipple, pregnancy?, fungal rash like appear. ?, lymphnodes + in underarms, one/both side, fever, wtloss?

Safe/ no problem: Both medications are considered relatively safe during breast feeding. I can't comment about the effectiveness of the treatment, not part of my area.

Gi gas: If it is just gas check with your gastro for a diet that is void of food that increase intestinal gas sodas sugarless products certain veggies also maybe some probiotics will help like align or florastar. Check with his office I am sure they can give you a diet of foods to avoid

Breast cancer: You need to get a biopsy. There is no plan without a diagnosis. You need the tissue diagnosis.

Ask your doctor: I am an obgyn so I am honestly not too familiar with the reason why they were looking for this protein. I don't think it is related. Are you being treated for breastcancer? There are many reasons why protein can be elevated or why your doc may be looking. Calling to find out what the meaning is is the best advise. The ulcer/lesion on your breast may be and probably is not related at all!

Be cautious: In general touching or kissing someone with HIV does not put you at risk for infection because HIV is only transmitted through exchange of blood or body fluids. If you have an ulcer or open wound then you need to be very careful not to have that wound come in contact with any body fluids. Please get tested for HIV and be very cautious in the future if you have any open wound.

Possible ulcer: See a doctor. Take an over the counter anti acid such as nexium or prilosec once daily
You May need an endoscopy and an ultrasound for further investigation
