normal mammo/ ultrasound end of feb.am post period and have sore left breast in one spot when pressed down on it. don't feel lump. shld i worry?

Mastalgia: achiness or soreness n one or both breasts should still be evaluated to rule out  compression from undergarments ( bra ) and to rule out mastitis ( an inflammation of the deeper breast tissue ); however, it is encouraging that both studues were negative. I suggest with Advil or Aleve (naproxen) ( if not allergic to these ) and a change in undergarments or use a gym bra.

MAMMOGRAM/US: If the lump is on the ribs and movable it is less worisome and may be a lipoma. If it is in the breast tissue it is more of a concern. You need a full exam labs/ breast mammogram and breast US with potential biopsy of the lump. Please seek prompt evaluation for this issue.

i have pain in my left breast and don't know why it is painful and very tender i feel it hardening in one particular spot it's not muscular or caridio problem the er refuses to help me they just sent me home i also have had nipple discharge but it's clear

Please : Please be seen immediately by a gynecologist or breast surgeon for this.  You need a complete and thorough investigation.  Any pain and hardening in the breast must be taken very seriously.  I agree with your concern.  Please be seen immediately for this concerning complaint.

: It is more likely to be an inflammation/infection. It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. It would be prudent to see a doctor. Wish you good health!

Folliculitis vs.acne: The pigment cell in your skin will make more pigment when it is insulted by any inflammation. The red bumps could be acne or a localized staph infection. Culture the pustule and take the approriate antibiotic.

Hormonal IUD: If you have an iud like Mirena (levonorgestrel) which releases hormones then it is likely to be these hormones which are causing the breast tenderness.  Other common side effects would be:  abdominal pain, absent periods, vaginal spotting of blood and headache.

It is most likely: Musculoskeltal, breast cancer usually does not present this way, good luck, get seen if its still a problem.
