Nexplanon: Nexplanon contains only Progesterone. Breast tenderness is not a common side effect of Progesterone only methods. I would investigate other causes. Common causes of breast tenderness include weight changes, dietary changes, cysts, hormonal fluctuations, ill fitting bras and changes in exercise pattens. A breast exam is the next step.

New soaps, new bra?: Could be a local allergic reaction to new laundry soaps, creams or perhaps the fabric of a new bra.

First : First of all, please be sure that your mammograms are up to date.  I would recommend that you see your regular doctor, gynecologist or a breast specialist to have a complete evaluation.  Of course if that is negative, then be sure that it is not your bra that may have something irritating in it, or that you haven't used new lotions/creams or laundry detergents.  But I do advise that you have a complete breast evaluation by a physician.

Not concerned yet: None of your symptoms are indicative that you're pregnant. Wait to see if your period comes as expected. If it doesn't, wait a week and take a home pregnancy test.

Dry skin: Probably you just have dried skin around the nipple. There are over the counter nipple moisturizers available in the breastfeeding section of the pharmacy. If not improving see a doctor for an exam.

Inflammatory breast: If you have itching for more than 3-4  weeks, see your doctor to rule out any serious pathology.

Anything: I have seen breast cancer present as an itch, a lump or a discharge.  Sometimes it has no symptoms at all!  just be aware of your body and if there is any unexplained change.  Check it out.

Anything: Probably a simple thing like a skin allergy but can't say much more.  If it persists, you should visit your gyn for an exam.

Dry skin: Or a skin irritation ... Try a no perfumed moisturizing cream.If worse or not better see a doctor.

Eczema.: If this comes and goes it is likely eczema.  Responds to topical treatment such as hydrocortisone.
