having pain, used to be at my mid back. but now i have an aching feeling. its on my right side, right under my breast, like where it falls. i feel it when i breathe deeply. i also feel a sharpness in my neck when i breathe deeply. what is this?

: Expanding your rib cage with a deep breath would pinch an intercostal nerve or muscle which runs between 2 ribs. The discomfort could also be caused by a radiculopathy due to a bulging disc in your mid spine. A disc problem could also be present in your neck. See your MD or a neurologist for evaluation &amp; testing.

If : If you have been sexually active, you may be pregnant. Some possible pregnancy symptoms can include: swollen and enlarged breasts; nausea; mild cramping; more frequent urination; food cravings, feeling tired; insomnia and absence of your period. I recommend that you take a pregnancy test.

7 weeks old doesn't want to sleep, i'll breastfeed her and she falls asleep on me when i put her on her crib she stays for 15 min and then wake up sleepy.she only wants to be on my breast, lately not giving me time to pump. is she getting satisfied. ?

Growth spurt: Baby is in a growth spurt- increasing feedings to increase breast milk supply. Focus less on pumping and more on direct feeds.

m 32 and half yr old.hav multiple cysts in both breasts.get my u/s done ev.2 yrs.got it done 11/2 yr back.at this age can mammography be done on me?

Yes: Cysts in a male breast not as common as in female breasts. Mammography can and should be performed to further find underlying cause.  These may be result of diet as well as medications etched. Check with your doctor

Many causes: There is not enough information here in the question to provide a lot of guidance. If the pain is in the upper back it may be nerve or muscle spasm. If it is lower down it could be kidney. If there is concern about breast  pain then schedule a visit for an exam. If the pain is severe and feels like it is radiation through your body then gallbladder disease is another possible cause

Get seen soon: Sounds like you may have cracked a rib, but could have done other damage. Should visit urgent care where can take x-rays on site (/same day) and decide if you need to go to er or just "better" pain meds.

Need to examine: It is not feasible to provide a meaningful opinion without additional history, physical examination and may be some tests. If your breasts are large that may explain the symptoms. Insurance usually covers reduction mammoplasty for symptomatic cases.  It would be prudent to see your doctor.
