For a short time: A support/sports bra is helpful.  I would not recommend rigorous activity for at least a week.  Light activity can begin in 1-2 days.  This would apply to a core needle or open excision all biopsy.

Precise localization: Stereotactic biopsy is a method of  pin pointing the location of  a deep seated lesion inside your breast using an x-ray imaging device and special computer technology that analyzes the image and calculates the location. A special needle then is inserted in that lesion, automatically guided, to obtain a tissue sample for microscopic examination

Benign: A biopsy is usually triggered by a clinically detected lesion/mass or an abnormal finding (calcification) identified on  a screening mammogram.  While many biopsies are benign, cancer is also detected. Benign lesions are fibrocystic changes, fibroadenomas, silicone granuloma, fat necrosis. Malignant breast tumors are usually ductal or lobular carcinoma, whereas other tumors are rare.

Talk to your doctor about the possibilities.

Many centers are: Accelerating biopsy to 'read out' times. Many recognize the problem with "presenteeism" being at the desk or counter, but unable to focus while worryig about the "report".  You need to ask "how long wil the report take" and then ask why does it take so long, and ask for the time off of the lag time from biopsy to path report. Some can do it in 24-48hrs.

It's not dangerous: Everyone has different levels of pain after a breast biopsy.  If you aren't taking any pain medication, it is okay to do so in the short run.  As long as there isn't marked swelling in the breast, this probably is within the range of normal and should subside with time.  Consult your breast surgeon.

2-3 days: I  hope you had a core needle biopsy, which is the standard-small incision.  These results should be available in 2-3 days.  A surgical biopsy should rarely be performed as the first step.  These can take 3-5 days to get back results.

Depends: A breast biopsy could be as simple as inserting a needle into the breast and therefore into the lump to remove a sample of tissue. Or it could involve a surgical procedure to make an incision on the breast and remove the breast lump in the operating room.
