everytime i wear jeans, or any type of pants like jeans i break out in small red real itchy bumps all over my legs. but not for any other pants. :(?

Irritant vs contact: You may have a contact allergy to one of the ingredients in your jeans. Another possibility is that jeans are worn tightly and may be rubbing on your skin whereas other types of pants are not usually that tight.  See a dermatologist or allergist to get patch tested if you cannot avoid wearing jeans.

Bumps: Itchy bumps can be multiple things, eczema is one, hives is another, see a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment.

Accepted Answer

: There is more than one possibility, It could be if you were outdoors you had insect bites, it could be allergic reaction to something, dry skin, atopic dermatitis. There is not enough information to be more specific but you could have it examined. I would suggest to try moisturizers and see if that relieves the itching.

Eczema: Eczema is an inherited tendency toward dry skin and skin allergies. Eczema rash normally presents as dry, flaky white patches, but can also flare up and cause lesions that may turn red and raised. Eczema lesions are frequently found on the inside of the elbows and the backs of the knees. Treatment is with prescription cortisone and emollients.

See Your Derm: See your dermatologist.  You may need a mild retinoid (tretinoin) to keep you from breaking out, at least for a few months.  This will likley pass uneventfully.  However, there could be another cause for this type of breakout.  Your dermatologist can help you with this frustrating flare.

Allergic reaction: Usually rashes on the top of your feet are casued by some type of allergic reaction or contact dermatits. With your lower legs involved i would rule out edema/swelling as an issue as well. Your socks or shoes could be creating the rash on your feet more so if they got wet while wearing them or if you have changed soaps or detergents. If the rash persists or returns get examined by a doctor.

Probably fungal: rash, moniiasis which will respond to OTC anti fungal creams like Lotrimin AF, Monistat, Clotrimazole etc. If itching is intense add a small bean sized drop of 1% hydrocortisone cream to  a nickel sized drop of anti fungal cram and apply as a thin film,twice daily.

Should see a doctor: Many things can cause huge red itchy bumps. Giant hives, eczema, fungal infection, impetigo... Can present in similar way but treatment is quite different. You should come see a doctor to get a correct diagnosis and treatment.

Bedbugs: If you are not having an allergic reaction, or   some type of infection you need to be seen by your doctor for an accurate diagnosis and treatment.  Waking up with bites can be related to bedbugs.
