Yes: Odd question coming from a male, but a female can take any medication she wants or needs to, to avoid pregnancy 16 months after a cesarean section.  If you are talking about emergency contraception, that ideally is taken as soon as unprotected intercourse occurs.  The sooner after this encounter, the more effective in preventing pregnancy.  If you had another question, be sure to ask.

my wife had a c section delivery 3 weeks back, she is complaining about pain and swelling around the wound area. is there a pain medication i can use to ease the pain and swelling?

Contact doctor: Pain at the site of incision suggests that there may be infection and it would be prudent to contact her doctor for advice. Taking pain meds may mask the infection.

Let's hear OB's: While I would defer this to my OB colleagues, my understanding is with SEVERE pre-eclampsia that delivery is still indicated even if blood pressure comes down. Blood pressure is not the only thing they are concerned about with this disorder, and if yours is severe as you elude to, I don't think just getting BP controlled would by the fix. Love to hear from OB colleagues!

hi,i am 38 weeks pregnant and diagnosed with yeast infection,can it effect the baby (normal delivery if i go into labour before my medication ends?

Possibly: If the baby is delivered naturally the yeast could put the newborn at risk. I think your OB/GYN should address this question. Good luck

: Fenugreek is an OTC supplement that is often promoted to increase lactation. One natural way to stimulate milk is to feed more often but shorter times.  10 min/side empties 90% and increasing to evert 2 hrs can boost production. I would also contact a local La Leche league member that can provide in person support for the effort.

Probably not: Not sure why the concern. Meconium is tested in addition to the urine to help understand how to treat infants with drug related problems. Honesty with the physician will go a long way to helping.  Better to 'fess-up so the dr doesn't have to guess.  All this information is protected (hippa). It is best not to try to get around the system.

Gyn : Your gynecologist should be able to remove the implant with local anesthesia. Plastic surgeons are always a good choice if there are aesthetic concerns.
