Too many variables: Just the fact that someone has cancer, of the brain or anywhere else, does not necessarily affect the length of time the person could survive without food.  In general, people can live 1-3 months without food but only 1 - 2 weeks without water.

Yes: Highly malignant primary brain tumors are bad actors and usually cause death within 12-18 months. Some tumors are not malignant and may not be causing symptoms and can be observed while others can be removed with a good chance of long term survival. The behavior and type of each individual tumor is the determining factor.

Maybe not, but...: Everything on planet Earth causes cancer. Therefore, the whole world would have to be like California, where we have a cancer warning sign on every building. The result is that nobody pays attention. So, to truly warn people, we can only put signs on the most dangerous things, which currently excludes cellphones. A person can break her phone habit by switching to a basic phone (not a smart phone).

Unlikely: Theoretically yes, but would suspect that the most logical sequence would involve ovarian cancer spreading into brain and/or spinal cord and causing neurological symptoms, especially cerebellar ataxia.  But then, this would seem like ms, but more likely would be a paraneoplastic syndrome.

For peace of mind,: getting yourself to a physician or healthcare provider to order an MRI with contrast on your brain is crucial at this point.  There is nothing anyone including a brain cancer expert can tell you that will convince with 99.99% certainty that you do not have brain tumor. i read a study on the internet. it says long term benzo use raised the risk of brain cancer by 98% and other cancers as well. is this true? i knew benzos are dangerous, but this is the first time hearing it increases the chance of cancer?

They can be managed for a while but are very seldom cured. "Brain cancer" can also refer to cancer from other sites that has spread to the brain.

Sadly, YES!: Cancers of the brain, be they metastatic (from another part of the body) or primary (arising in the brain) are a frequent cause of death. Tumors like meningioma are almost always benign and are successfully treated surgically.
