i have been vomiting for about 2 days now and i am feeling very dizzy its almost like i could pass out at any moment but i dont! and im bleeding through my rectum (bum)?

Ice pack & topical: Apply an ice pack to the rectal area for 10 to 15 minutes whilc lying down. A topical cream with cortisone may also help. If bleeding persists, is heavy, or the blood is clotted you should se a physician.

Topical antibiotic: After cleaning with saline. Apply protective bangade and avoid pressure on area. Just to be safe, have it looked at by physician to make sure no infection or other issues affect this. By the way. Do not use the shaver again as it obviously is putting you at risk for injury. See a podiatrist.

Depends: If gums are red & swollen/have pus & teeth are loose, time to face the dentist. Meanwhile, don't brush too hard; use soft bristle brush; floss between teeth daily; rinse with mouthwash (preferably one that kills bacteria) to lower bacterial count in mouth. Rinse mouth thoroughly with water (better with mouthwash) after each meal or snack. If problem persists, see a dentist.

If done sooner, a positive result is likely real, but a negative result may be due to testing too soon.

Constipation: First off, given your age, i would have a colonoscopy done unless you've had it done within the last 10 years and it was normal. 
Constipation if not caused by malignancy most likely aggravated your hemorrhoids which bleed. In that case, after ruling out other causes, your doc might suggest increase in fluid intake, fiber supplement such as metamucil (helps constipation and bleeding), etc.

Bite: is it human or of an insect  if human you need an urgent eval  and also if bleeding you should be checked by an MD   you may need antibiotics and a tetanus shot so get to a health professional asap
