Not fun!: 2year old twins!  The most important thing is to keep them hydrated. I used to sit with my sick kid in front of a Disney movie and give her 1tablespoon of fluid (pedialyte) every 5-10 minutes. If she vomited then I would continue anyways. Usually 1-2 movies and we were back on track. You'll need an assistant!  If the children stop crying tears or don't pee in 6 hours you should go to ER.

Maybe......: There is a genetic disease --maple-syrup urine disease. If you are concerned about how your child smells, discuss it with his pediatrician.  Specific testing can be done.

It depends: If your baby is full term and healthy, that is not a dangerous level at all. Prolonged jaundice (&gt;2 wks) may be due to breast milk jaundice, which can take several weeks to clear completely. It is not dangerous, but should be followed by your doctor.

Go to www.Cdc.Gov/growthcharts. If you position several points, including birth length & weight and other measurements you have, you can see if he is following a healthy pattern of increasing height & weight.

: By nine that testis should have dropped if it was going to. I would contact his doc &amp; discuss the matter. A procedure to bring it down and fix it inside the scrotum may be necessary. At the least you should locate the other testis if there is one. Remaining inside the abdomen reduces its reproductive abilities and increases risk of  abnormalities later.
