Lots of things. : It could be a bladder infection, or fibroids, or pms, constipation.  Go get checked out.

Not sure: One could get adhesions from surgery. Bladder lives in a different space than bowel. It is possible, however, to get adhesions to bladder and this could potentially lead to symptoms. It is rare. C a urologist to discuss in person.

Mittelschmerz: You may be describing Mittelschmerz or middle pain associated ovulation, although it's usually one-sided. Check out http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/mittelschmerz/basics/definition/con-20025507.  Mention it to your Family Doc, GYN or Planned Parenthood the next time you're there, assuming you're otherwise healthy &amp; have no reason to go immediately.

Have you thought IBS: There are several things that are in that area.  They are your pancreas, your spleen, and part of your colon.  You don't say if you have had stomach issues, or problems with alcohol.  You may need to see a live doctor for labs and a physical examination to be sure all the other systems are well but that is a very common spot for people with  irritable bowel syndrome to complain about pain.

there is been times that i feel a tight pressure that goes clear acrossed my waste like a belt , this also comes with weird bowel moments,  what could it be? i've had it twice it goes away after a few days ? have had period and taken many tests all(?

Abdominal pain: May be gastritis /esophagitis, or gallbladder ( did you have an ultrasound?),  or irritable bowel,  would also check ovaries, F/u/ w/ MD

See your doctor: You may have irritable bowel syndrome, some form of colitis,unintentional lactose exposure, partial bowel obstruction or an infection; all of which your doctor can help you. She will make a proper diagnosis, run tests, labs and/ or colonoscopy.   Diarrhea also often leads to hemorrhoids which can also cause that heavy pressure feeling.  Feel well soon.

Sounds like: You have an impaction. Use glycerine suppositories every 6 hours or alternate suppositories with a fleet enema (sodium bisphosphate) until completely emptied. I would stay on a liquid diet til things are passing again on a regular basis.

Assuming you have undergone appropriate testing to rule out structural ; inflammatory causes (had colonoscopy?), hypersensitivity to distension ; abnormal motility patterns in the rectum are common. Clinical testing distinguishes ibs from levator ani muscle dysfunction, sphincter dysfunction, dyssynergia, proctalgia.
