See your doctor: You may have irritable bowel syndrome, some form of colitis,unintentional lactose exposure, partial bowel obstruction or an infection; all of which your doctor can help you. She will make a proper diagnosis, run tests, labs and/ or colonoscopy. Diarrhea also often leads to hemorrhoids which can also cause that heavy pressure feeling. Feel well soon.
