Abnormal lumps: Should be seen by a doctor. One possibility are plantar fibromas.. These may or may not cause pain but usually don't cause numbness. You may have a concomitant case of tarsal tunnel syndrome or issues in your back causing pain to your feet. Best to see a doctor in person. Good luck.

Pressure on: the nerves or circulation is probably the cause. Do not wear confining shoes , wear loose shoes and see if it will improve.

See below: This usually represents either an entrapped nerve that courses on the inside of the ankle called tarsal tunnel or could be early signs of a condition known as peripheral neuropathy which in either case a test performed by a neurologist called an EMG and a ncv will better assist in determining the exact reason your experiencing this.  Even then a clinical evaluation is usually the standard of care.

Nerve damage: Depending how long it has been numb you may have nerve damage. Do you have diabetes or circulation problems? Did you bang your foot? Are your shoes too tight? Look up tarsal tunnel syndrome
Also b12,b6 and folic acid are good vitamins for the nerves

You may have more: Than one problem. The differential diagnosis includes: plantar fascitiis, tarsal tunnel syndrome, Achilles tendonitis, radiculopathy of lower back. 
I would recommed you see a doctor for follow up with an in person exam.

Digital nerve : Most likely pressure against digital nerves to your toe(s).Possibly the toe 'box' in your heel is smaller than your foot is used to and pressure on the nerves results in numbness to the toes. Avoid those shoes for awhile...! The numbness will resolve spontaneously. Best of Luck!

I think you'd be : Best off evaluated in person. The nature of your prior injury would have to be evaluated to see if the two are related or not.

Many possibilities: Some causes could be inflamation, infection, fracture, or venous congestion.  Have it propperly diagnosed by your physician.

Any injury?: This sounds a bit suspicious for blood clot, though not at all typical.  If you have been traveling, sitting for prolonged period of time or have been injured, better get checked out.
