Sadly NO: Because the length of time botox/dysport type product effects usually don't extend beyond 3-4 months, there is sadly no permanent fixes with these chemical "active muscle movement inhibitors" , and they really aren't fda approved "cosmetically" for persons under age of consent either (warning, if you bring your parent to the Botox consultation- they may wind up taking your medicine!).

had 15 units botox put in between brows 1 wk ago. rt eyelid/brow feels heavier & seems slightly droopy now. can anything be done to correct this?

Time: It is common due to the biology of the tissues for some Botox to diffuse a little more (sometimes less) in areas where the effect is not wanted.  There is no way to reverse this but Botox naturally loses its effectiveness in these areas over several days to weeks.  Your droopiness will disappear without help.

Forehead filler: I'm a little confused by the question. Most injectors stay clear of the forehead area with filler because there is risk of blindness associated with this injection. With informed consent I would be more comfortable doing this injection (as do other injectors). I would need to evaluate you and I would also recommend dw your injector! good luck.

Most commonly it is due to a stretched out tendon attaching the eyelid lifting muscle to the end of the eyelid, which is corrected by tightening this attachment.  In children, it is often due to a poorly developed muscle, which can be suspended with artificial material or tucked through an internal eyelid surgery.

Get Eye Exam: A full eye exam by an ophthalmologist is needed to see whether you were born with this, whether it has slowly progressed, whether its worse at the end of the day or the beginning, whether you have associated double vision, or whether its eyelid skin sagging that can also run in your family.  You are young to have age related eyelid droop.
Depending on why surgery may help.

Sympathatomimetic: Sympathetic nervous system innervates the levator palpabrie superioris muscle, which elevates the eyelids. Ecstasy is methylenedioxymethamphetamine and it stimulates the sympathatic  nervous system (sns) but it can also cause neurotoxicity of the sns, resulting in damage of the sns. Since, sns elevates the eyelid muscle, it's damage  will result in drooping of the eyelid.

can not wearing your glasses cause a droopy eyelid? i have glasses but don't have to wear them   all the time. never had this problem just notice it.

Accepted Answer

Not likely: Your lids could look droopy if you chronically squint to see better, but should not be permanent. Check with your glasses on and see if the drooping disappears. 
If your lids really are droopy, check some old pictures. If there is a change, or if they get more droopy when you are tired, it would be worth having an ophthalmologist see if it is anything that needs treating.
