See a doctor please: Bacterial vaginosis is easily treated with antibiotics assuming that is really what you have.  Please go and see a doctor and do not diagnose and treat yourself.  In the long run the potential for harm is much greater than the minimal expenditure in seeing a professional.

Probably: It's not harmful, but it is ineffective.  Therefore, by not treating BV with appropriate medications and hygiene, you are causing yourself harm. So using an ineffective treatment is dangerous because it postpones appropriate treatment. Bv can occur when the natural vaginal flora is disrupted, such as by douching. So this is an all around bad idea.

Yes it can,: by improving the acidity (more acidic is better) of the vaginal secretions, this makes the pH (acidity measure), less favorable for yeast or BV to grow.

No: Yeast infections require antifungal treatment and bacterial vaginosis is usually treated with metronidazole.  Coconut oil will not cure either.

May not work: Use the topical benzoyl peroxide as you can tolerate, a daily wash with the salicylic acid, tea tree oil only if you are a female (it's made men grow breasts), leave the aloe vera unused. This will clear you only if your acne is mild. If it's on your trunk is producing scars or isn't gone in two weeks, get with your physician who can add prescription-strength Rx.

Multiple: Std's or sexually transmitted diseases, are diseases transmitted through sexual contact.  Examples are gonorrhea, chlamydia, syphilis, hiv, hepatitis c, genital warts, and genital herpes.  Bacterial vaginosis is a condition  caused by an overabundance of anaerobic bacteria in the vagina.  Symptoms can include a watery, foul or fishy smelling discharge and/or vaginal irritation.

: Castor oil with a suffix-USP is the highest grade. Your pharmacist can also recommend a brand. I'm not familiar with tea tree oil.

You give ???: Bacterial vaginosis is not considered a STD. The vaginal environment permits the growth of a variety of germs that feed off that moisture &amp; traces of sugar/protein in the mucus. These germs are easily acquired from the nearby anus, mechanical events (sex, masturbation, douching). Some acquire it more than others. Men's penis does not contain these germs or transfer them or need treatment.

i had on acrylic nails and i broke my nail bed in half (injury), right now my nail bed is very short and i was wondering if its gonna grow back to normal. i have a little fungus. ive used tea tree oil. so will that go away too? or is this permanent?

: A little fungus is not a useful statement. If there is fungal infection of the exposed nail bed you should try an over the counter antifungal cream. If that does not resolve the issue in a week or so, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
