Probably: It's not harmful, but it is ineffective. Therefore, by not treating BV with appropriate medications and hygiene, you are causing yourself harm. So using an ineffective treatment is dangerous because it postpones appropriate treatment. Bv can occur when the natural vaginal flora is disrupted, such as by douching. So this is an all around bad idea.
