Nothing vs. smth: First off, not sure why it was done. You must understand that in medicine it is not right to chase a positive test only. There may be symptoms also suggestive of a disease. Inflammatory markers are an important sign that, if absent, render the ANA test less valuable. If borderline + and symptoms are present, it may be warranted to have it repeated in a 2-3 months.

i have +ve ana 1/320 and borderline antidsdna. my other tests are -ve and i feel fine. my cousin has lupus.how can i prevent it from happening to me?

You can't: The ANA has no clinical significance unless the clinical picture is consistent with lupus. The presence of the ANA does not increase your risk of developing lupus in the future. A borderline dna also means nothing.

Borderline ANA: All tests have a normal range of values. If a test value is at the upper limit of the normal range or slightly over, it's often referred to as "borderline." the importance of a borderline ANA test depends on the other criterion that are present. A borderline positive ANA will probably be ignored by the doctor if there are only one or two other criterion suggesting lupus.

Systemic arthritis: You are describing an early collagen disease with systemic arthritic symptoms. See an internist for further diagnostic (HLA27, plain x-rays of spine, hands and pelvis, MRIs and others) and therapeutic (corticosteroid and others) tests.  Good Luck.

Very important: It is likely you have raynauds disease. It is important to have this issue evaluated as it may often be associated with an underlying connective tissue disorder.

No: If your thyroid and thyroglobulin antibodies are negative, you do not have hashimoto's. You can't be hypo and hyperthyroid at the same time.

had lower back pain since 2018, i have done mri's, physical therapy, emg, etc. all normal. ana was tested to rule out lupus, the ratio came back borderline, ~6 months later with the worse pain, my test is negative. why? could it still be autoimmune?

Not Much.: Doesn't really mean much without a compatible clinical syndrome.  First you need symptoms then you need a test to tell you if the symptoms are real.  Getting a test first then looking for symptoms is bad practice, often confusing and frustrating. Your current lab results may be perfectly normal for you.
