Take the test: If you want to know if you are pregnant, take a test. In today's world you do not need to wonder if you are pregnant or not based on symptoms. Pregnancy tests are available at any pharmacy and in minutes you will have your answer. They can detect a pregnancy 7-10 days after conception. The best time to take one is when you miss your period.

Unprotected?/late?: If you have had unprotected sexual intercourse, missed 1 cycle, have early morning nausea and vomiting with weight gain you could be pregnant. Here's an idea: use condoms and spermicidal foam, gel, vaginal inserts, do a home pregnancy test and see your GyN for a pelvic exam.

We do not ever guess: Cramping is in no way a symptom of early pregnancy. I would advise one more test to make sure the first one was not accurate.
