it can happen, usually it is a boney spicule.  A piece of bone that flakes off as the jaw remodels and works its way up through the gums till it is poking out and causing irritation and annoyance.  Have your dentist/oral surgeon take a look, if correct it will take two minutes to remove usually with a little topical anesthetic.

Spinal irritation: You may have a nerve irritation that when you forward flex your C-spine. the pain is being referred down nerve roots to your tail bone. You should see your Dr. and get examined to be safe.  Best wishes.

Yes, bone resorption: When a tooth is extracted, the bone that surround the tooth (alveolar bone) slowly disappears because there is no reason for the bone to be there.  Any bone in your body needs constant tension and stress to keep them healthy and strong.  That's why weight bearing exercises increase bone mass.

See a Prosthodontist: See the specialist. They will provide you with the best options. If they aren't able to treat you due to finances, they may be able to direct you to the best alternative provider. Often this will be the postgraduate prosthodontic program at one of the dental schools. Good luck.

my lingual frenectomy was done by cutting part of the flesh off the bone behind my bottom teeth instead of frenulum itself. is that a normal method?

Lingual frenulectomy: A lingual frenulectomy  is the procedure utilized by the physician, usually an ENT , to treat a patient that is tongue tied, a condition called ankyloglossia .  It involves dividing the lingual  frenulum above the sublingual gland ducts (usually in the middle of this structure).   A scissors or a cautery instrument is used to do this and the free edges are sutured together for hemostasis.

i just had all my bottom teeth removed and in one spot in the front, my socket cannot collapse and heal bc of something extremely painful sticking up like tooth size but extremely sharp and causes pain. is it a tooth or a bone and what should i do?

ive been told that there is only one doctor who will operate on the occipital bone.     bump on my head that is in the center bottom of occipital bone?

Not sure: surgery to the occipital bone (for any reason) is usually done by either a neurosurgeon or perhaps a maxillo facial surgeon. Need evaluation and imaging first to diagnose what the bump is and whether surgery for it is appropriate.

my tours mandibular bes (the bones my tongue lay on) are to big for me to fit bottom dentures, so have to have half one side removed i'm needing  the  cost of the surgery?

Varies: Costs of procedures vary as to the intensity of the procedure, the severity of your problem, the training/skill/experience of the practitioner, and the geographic area in which you live. From : From your description, it sounds like it could be an "exostosis", a bony outgrowth.

You should see an oral surgeon to determine if that is what it is. A differential diagnosis cannot be given over the internet, sight onseen.

if i have moderate-to-severe dental gum recession (bottom front teeth) i probably have moderate bone loss, as well?

Peridontal bone loss: That  can best be determined by a periodontist.  However, this is probably the case as you had a significant periodontal procedure (s;c) and lanap performed.  Lanap is performed when there is bacterial invasion of both the periodontal/gingival tissues and the bone.  The purpose the of lanap/ scaling/root planning is to remove these bacteria to allow easier access for cleaning and proper home care.
