Unknown: Studies have shown that people who drink a lot of soda have lower bone density (osteoporosis).  However, the studies on osteoporosis and fracture/bone healing have not shown definitely slowed healing - more studies will be needed to answer this question.

Don't smoke: Smoking doubles the healing time of bones.  Obviously, follow your doctor's orders as well.
Supplementing with calcium and vitamin d can maintain your bone health, but really is not proven to speed bone healing.

No magic: Plenty of protein, enough vitamin d, vitamin c, zinc and calcium. Generally, a prudent & healthy diet as you'd do well to follow at all times. A cheap daily vitamin-and-mineral supplement might be in order as you recover from injury. You'd get the idea from the internet that food choice is the key to medical treatment -- it's not.

Yes: Electrical stimulation has been shown to aid in bone healing and as such is used to assist in fractures that are having trouble healing.  They are also used in the some cases of spinal fusions, and in that group there are implantable types avsilable.  They are implanted in the back in patients undergoing spinal fusions that are at increased risk of nonunions,

About 2 weeks: There can be a lot of variables with regard to answering your question but it may take up to 2 weeks to see evidence of healing on an xray of bone fracture.

Maybe: Some forms of G6PD can affect the white blood cells--therefore, white cells are involved in healing tissues--and I would advise speaking to your physician.  Thanks for your excellent question.

It can: But not as much as cigarette smoking, but depends on the quality of the marijuana and how much and how often you smoke. Smoking anything can increase carbon monoxide in the blood, which robs your tissues of oxygen, which is why bone healing is so impaired. If you care about healing completely and more quickly, stop smoking anything!
