No.: Bone cancers are typically diagnosed by biopsy after noticing an abnormality on x-ray or mri.  There typically have no abnormalities of blood work.  Leukemia is a bone marrow disorder.  This is not a bone cancer, but can be confused, as the abnormal marrow is inside the bone.  Leuekemias often have abnormal blood work.

Depends: Some blood tests will suggest or prove certain kinds of bone cancer, for example multiple myeloma is a bone disease in whcih the tumor cells are plasma cells which often secrete a protein which can be found in the blood.  Many kinds of bone cancer are not identifiable by a blood test.

Explanation : This number not so high to worry about. Important to know is she healthy or  recently had some medical problems. If everything fine it may be may be related to her growth and that's why doctor mention bones.

Lab results: Lab results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Depending on the test, a normal value may rule out disease but other normal results do not necessarily mean lack of disease. It would be useful to have the actual results.

Hierarchy of tests: Usual approach is to do a complete blood cells  count and performa microscopic examination of the blood smear, the latter may be done by a pathologist. Depending on the findings, symptoms, and signs, other tests may be selected, e.G, flow cytometry, antibody testing,  dna testing, and a bone marrow. Each test has its own place and there is no test instead of bone marrow.

Though not usually: Described as an "ache", if your clinical history, lab work and x-rays (if done) are all normal you may have RLS or restless limb syndrome.  Hard to tell without interviewing and examining you, but perhaps you could discuss that with your doctor.

That is a: Minimally elevated alkaline phosphatase.  Not likely to be the cause of your fatigue which means we need to find the problem to make a treatment plan.

Yes: Jak2 testing is supportive of certain myeloproliferative diagnsoses, but the clinical decision to pursue the bm biopsy will be driven by the extent and pace of rise and your symptoms.

May be dietary: If your blood count is normal and your symptoms are bone pain and 'feverishness,'  you could very possibly have a high inflammatory syndrome from diet.  New medical studies are showing that diets high in refined sugar, pork, white bread and corn products are pro-inflammatory.  This can result in the types of symptoms you're talking about and if so, the remedy is a anti-inflammatory diet.
