i am prone to getting the cysts on the inside of my thighs. why? also,  i have a ton of blackheads on my inner thighs as well, why?

: Giant epidermoid cysts and boil are. known to occur on thigh. Do not force a cyst to rupture by squeezing or piercing it. Avoid touching, picking or pressing it. Apply Antibiotic cream  and cover with sterile gauze. It will reduce recurring cysts. Blackheads could be due to tight clothes, not cleaning properly or using oil bared skin products. Hope it helps.

i get blackheads on my inner thigh as well as big pimples the size of golf balls, can it be because of my weight? how can i get ride of it?

Hard to say: Do you shave in those areas? You may be getting irritation of the hair follicles which can cause pimple-like sores. Make sure that you are keeping the area clean. You can use moist wipes to clean when you go to the bathroom. If it's getting worse, or any of them swell and feel like there is fluid inside, see your doctor. There may be an infection.

i have blackheads on my stomach and inner thighs. when i squeeze them out the hair also comes out and leaves a scar. what should i do?

See a dermatologist: They can be mechanically or surgically removed. Typical hidradenitis has double-ended blackheads. Removing them does not flare hidradenitis suppuritiva.

Epidermal cyst: A likely cause of the problem is something called a sebaceous cyst or epidermal inclusion cyst.  It contains material called sebum which is the waterproofing of the skin.  A surgeon may need to remove the cyst to avoid future infections.

Cleansing: Keeping the skin as clean and free of debris as possible is the best treatment for blackheads.  Exfoliation and the use of salicylic acid cleansers will treat any underlying bacteria and help penetrate the oils in your pores.  Showering after exercise as soon as possible and removing tight clothing as soon as possible will also help.

Possibly: Cushing's disease leads to excessive steroid production by the body. This can lead to skin disease and acne type symptoms.  Not certain why it is localized to the upper thigh. You should have this evaluated by your doctor. The cushing's disease should also be clarified and the cause (is it from a pituitary tumor?) addressed.

i am experiencing a large and painful blackhead on the inside of my right thigh and is surrounded by about 3 inches of redness around it radially.

Infection. : That’s sounds like an infection to me. The area of redness around the area you describe is likely cellulitis. And the blackhead that you describe could be an abscess. This needs to be evaluated right away. MRSA infection is a possibility, And this could spread quite quickly.
